Frequently Asked Questions

  1. You are not in the current database of previous entrants who have entered online.
  2. Your email address has changed since last entering and the system has your old email address recorded. Trying logging in with a previously used email address. Once you have successfully logged in, immediately update your email address.
  3. Still having troubles logging in? Simply email webadmin@herveybaysailingclub.org.au with your email address, name and previous entry details.

  2. Check your SPAM/JUNK Folder.
  3. Your email address has changed since last entering and the system has your old email address recorded. Your PASSWORD RESET emails may be going to your old email address. If you still have access to this old email, check here. If the old email address has been deleted or you no longer have access to it, then simply email webadmin@herveybaysailingclub.org.au with previous email address, current email address and name.
As the online entry software uses your email address as a particular username, there can only be one email address, one entry. If you wish to complete a multiple entry, then basically you need a different email address for every entry.

This occurs when you have either closed the Entry Form before the payment has gone through, your Credit Card was declined, or your browser has a particular security setting that blocks all popups.

If you encounter any of these problems, simply log back into your Entry (the data is still there) and maybe change your payment selection to "Pay by Cash/Cheque".

NB: If you have received NO notification of your Entry (after checking your Spam/Junk Folder), then your Entry Form has NOT been submitted and you will have to login again and resubmit.
